Broccoli Cheese Soup Mix - 17 Servings per Pouch

The broccoli soup was easy to make and it sure did make a lot (1 gallon). It tasted okay, but we did add quite a bit of salt to it so it tasted better and it was also pretty thin. I wonder if we incorporated milk or added cheese if it would have made it a little richer/thicker. So, if you are planning to save some for a rainy day or prepping type situation be sure to set aside some salt or other seasonings.
