Battery life is very low only maximum four hours. For what it cost it should be much better battery life. Also runs down quickly when not in use even though it’s stored in the box.

I haven't used my product yet: but I'd like to say I'm disappointed in the response time from this company. I ordered my thermometer with plenty of time before my partners birthday, and it didn't arrive on time. Nowhere on your website is there a notice about shipping and delivery, so I went off the fact that (seeing as you advertise as an Australian company), it would arrive in no time. I received no updates about my order prior to its shipping, with less than a week before it was meant to be gifted, and still took -from order time - almost 3 weeks to arrive. Even after emailing, and questioning when my order would be shipped, I got no response. A 3 week arrival, from an international destination with no communication and a lack of advice/communication is less than ideal. I should've looked at the reviews online, found outside of your website, before I purchased anything. I hope, more than anything, that this thermometer was worth my time and money.

Order was despatched from China, no mention of that when ordered took 2 weeks to be delivered. Had I known that I would have bought from someone who had Australian stock.
