Endless Birthday Recordable Card with Glitter

I got the recordable greeting card and it didnt work at all

Card was made wrong

The birthday card had the removable tab inside the card instead of on the outside. Per directions, you are supposed to close the card, put it in the envelope, and pull the tab. It was not possible to pull a tab that is inside a card when already placed in the envelope. The inside card ripped when I tried to pull it carefully as possible before putting it in the envelope. I will be surprised if it actually worked and I just spent a lot of money on postage sending it across the country.

Freaky Fast Customer Service

I purchased 3 Happy Birthday Cards about a month ago and was very pleased on how quick my order was delivered. Then yesterday I went to use one of the cards and had a moment of doubt thinking my card was defected because the pull tab was on the inside of the card instead of outside. So immediately I emailed them with my concern and to my delight they responded back to my email within 5 minutes!! Now that's some "freaky fast" Jimmy John's type of service ;-) I'll be sure to refer this company to friends & family, and buy more cards in the future!!
