Backrooms Blu-ray

I absolutely love A24, this movie, and their products. However, I was a little bit disappointed with the material of the disc case. Most home theater collectors, including myself, are looking for a film to have on the shelf for decades, and I can tell you from experience from other special editions of Blu-rays and 4k, cardboard does not hold up at all. I would have been much much more satisfied had the case material been traditional plastic or paying another $10 for a steelbook.

Arrived in great condition. Genuinely felt like they put time and effort into this Blu Ray too. Which never goes unnoticed! 😁 Fast shipping too, considering i live in England! :)

I love this film so it’s not about the product but about the service. The worst customer service I’ve ever had with a purchase. I noticed a typo on my address after ordering and per their terms I emailed within 5 minutes to request an address change. After several days and no reply they proceeded to send the parcel. USPS claimed the shipper had to change the address so 4 more emails and a call to A24 head office (as A24 store do not have a phone number) still got no reply. Fortunately I managed to get hold of the resident of the incorrect address who is holding the parcel but I still have not received a single reply from A24 store. Be very cautious ordering from this store. You won’t be able to get hold of anyone if you have an issue.
