Beautiful color

I do not know if these balloons were old or what. I had an event that I was decorating for and the balloons kept popping and there were several that I could not use bc they were melted together. I was very disappointed and embarrassed because these are supposed to be some good quality balloons. I guaranteed the people at this event that I used good quality balloons and not balloons off of Amazon.
