I was asked on a Thursday night to get a gift for someone completing the Appalachian Trail for a Tuesday event. After contacting numerous award places only to be told they could not meet the deadline, Travis from Marked Moments was the only one to respond if I ordered Friday with expedited shipping, he could get the award to me in time. Ordered Friday morning, had the award in hand Saturday afternoon!! Added note that I believe MM is in Texas and I am in CT. Not only was the service quick, it was professional and the award itself was great as well. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend!!!
