The item is beautifully made, there was an issue with the item upon delivery where there was damage to the product, but I can’t say if that was an issue with USPS or the manufacture. What I can say is, the owner quickly responded to my concerns. I had paid for 2 day shipping but it was not delivered in that time frame and he refunded that. When I sent a photo of the damage he quickly created a new one Ana sent it out to me as well without any hesitation. This level of customer service is exactly what I look for when I shop. I will remember this d come here again in the future.
