Ultra light ultra loud

I have the titanium version of this devise, it is on a chain around my neck everyday. I purchased the Ultem whistle for an associate who could possibly need it for medical reasons. I was astounded to feel how light the whistle is, even lighter than the titanium version. It is every bit as loud as it's metal sibling. This is an everyday "on a neck chain" emergency whistle.
