Total disappointment with the customer service

The site boasts about a no questions asked return police. Ordered this bag and it is not what I expected. Go to submit a return, says it has to have more approval, this is within 2 weeks of purchase and the bag has never been used. No one will email, call, return calls of anything to get the process started. Will have to file a dispute with credit card company I guess, and will never buy here again.
