Fit is true to size and the ability to make adjustments at the waist is simple and easy to use. I love how the fabric has stretch to it and there is no bunching when pedaling. Living in Pisgah, having the shorts with some water resistance is icing on the cake!!!

Comfortable, affordable, durable mtb shorts

I've now purchased 4 pairs of the guide shorts. They're very comfortable and look good enough to use for casual wear. The adjustable waistband works excellent, keeping the fit dialed even when wearing pads underneath. In terms of abrasion resistance, they stand up to the normal spills and falls of trail riding quite well. Best value going in a mtb short.

I know it sounds redundant but these shorts can truly be you new go to shorts. They are good enough and comfortable enough to wear all the time not just on the ride. They are now my new touring shorts. I'll be out ridingfor a couple of months and so will the shorts.
