Interesting to compare how a larger dose and thicker puck changes the shot dynamics and flavours. By the time you coarsen the grind to offset the larger dose you can fit in about 24g without grounds spilling when you tamp.

I have the whole size range. It was an expensive investment for baskets but they perform wonderfully. Theres no quaħity concerns. I wish they printed the numeral size on the inside of the basket so it can be identified at a glance while in the portafilter.
