Best Friends Tri-Color Cavalier King Platter

The graphic print on the platter had a much lower resolution than I expected and appears a bot blurry. The finish is matte which is unusual for a melamine product and contrary to the photo which looked glossy. There is also no inner ridge on the platter contrary to what the photo suggests with the shadow/highlight. The unconventional return policy (huge restocking fee and requirement to pay return shipping) makes returns fairly prohibitive on this site which is something I wish I’d known earlier, as I definitely wanted to return it after seeing the actual quality did not at all match with the picture.
