Great buggy saw

I'd like to start by saying I'm extremely impressed with the communication and quick responses by the support staff. The chainsaw didn't show out of stock online. After I ordered I received an email saying the saw was out of stock but was expected within 10 business days and given an alternative that was in stock at no charge. I wanted the NH843 so I chose to wait for it to be restocked. They kept me updated on the order until it was shipped. I have a pile of Husqvarna and Stihl pro saws. I had a 562xp as a truck and buggy saw until it was stolen a few years ago. I've since either tossed a 261 Stihl or another 562xp Husqvarna in the buggy when I remember. There's times I forget to put it in and need it. This little thing will be perfect to just leave in there and not worry much about. The saw came packaged well with lots of extras for the price. Bar is decent, chain is decent, the saw costs as much as 4 X-Cut chains so really can't complain. Cut the gasket on the strato port before I ran it. Fired up decent but it was super rich. Plenty of power for the size. Starter feels a bit flimsy and doesn't seem to sit quite right against the case. Would I buy another? Probably, but the website not showing out of stock available for backorder or something for out of stock items is strange. But like I said they did offer an alternative at the same price. Overall for the cost I think it's hard to beat for an around the house, truck, or buggy saw.
