Macadamia Oil Extra Virgin Cold Pressed 16.9 oz.

The first time I used macadamia nut oil was in a cake that was oil based instead of butter based. I did not want to use a seed-based oil, nor an oil that was strongly flavored. I decided that if the macadamia nut oil could be tasted in the cake, it would not be a bad thing. Got rave reviews on the cake. I now use it for salad dressing and cooking, too. I looked up how high it was in oleic acid (the kind in olive oil) and discovered it's pretty high. Another bonus.

Pack better. I ordered two bottles. One bottle arrived completely broken in half.
