Bought the Olympus Trip 35 for my daughter for Christmas and couldn't be happier. Delivery was prompt and the camera was beautifully packaged and presented. We had an unexpected issue with the camera and Rowland went above and beyond - literally to the ends of the earth - to sort it out (meeting with my daughter in Auckland to deliver a replacement). While this was a happy coincidence it was still more than I would have expected to ensure customer satisfaction. Communication was excellent, friendly and professional.
