Bamboo Mountain Tea Tray

Is not made to hold up over time doing gongfu. Mine started getting soft at on the bottom after 1 week and I never let water sit in it for long. When there is hot water spill, it smells like sawdust which makes me think it is pressed particle board with a veneer on it which would not stand up to repeated moisture. Was a waste of $50 and I will have to get a different one.
