Organic Bread Flour

Fresh and pure. So happy with this flour. I’m new to sourdough break baking so some loaves turn out better than others but they all taste great! And I’m happy to be feeding my family wholesome bread made with Fresh Acres flour.

I love the idea that near Toronto some talented farmers are growing organic wheat and grinding super tasty bread flour! I use this flour every couple days to make a delicious loaf and the cost is a fraction of what I might pay at the bakery.

Fresh Acres whole wheat flour is wonderful for baking bread. Rich wheat taste! So invigorating. But CanPar delivery was a nightmare. However when I spoke to Fresh Acres they were very helpful and told me that, next time I order, I can choose another delivery service. This is a bit hidden on the order page. A visible list with comments would be useful.
