CDG Parfum - Sampling Discovery Set

Figured I’d try out this sample pack because I was initially going to purchase Amazingreen blindly after I heard such great things about it, was a decently complex fragrance for the price point, but I felt it didn’t last long on my skin type and was a little too clean for what I was looking for. Found that black pepper was that perfect level of subtle boldness I was looking for. Concrete was also very nice, a little more elevated and refreshing but had something too soft about it when compared to the black pepper. The wonderwood was nice, but the name gave away the notes, great if you’re going for a straightforward woody scent. 2 was too feminine for me to wear, and 2 man was too masculine; almost like cool water and drakkar noir had a change of life baby in the mid 2010s. All in all, a great buy and definitely helped make my mind up. Waiting to receive my bottle of Black Pepper and will most likely purchase Concrete in the near future.
