It arrived soapy. Haven't used it yet but it smells like lavender. I had to wash it because it broke inside the wrapping.

Laundry Delight

This product is all that it was advertised as. It is gentle yet through and the lavender scent is very pleasant. I also am using the wool balls in the dryer. What a win. No fabric softener needed( in fact I infuse the balls with lavender essential oil) and no wrinkles. A win for me and the environment.
