Poor customer service

This is my third switchplate/outlet cover. As soon as I affix it to the outlet it cracks. It's not that I am affixing it too tightly because I never actually secure it in place. I requested a complimentary replacement and was denied. After ordering 3, I was denied a complimentary replacement. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

Within 1 maybe 2 weeks of putting it up, it just broke in half and fell onto my counter. I did not over tighten the screws either. Very upsetting.
