Thea Trousers

Love the look of these trousers….they’re the perfect style for me.

I ordered this pattern whilst I was on holiday and was delighted to find it here when I arrived home. It’s the first printed pattern I’ve ordered from TATB and I’m delighted with the quality of both the pattern and the lovely accompanying booklet. There’s also lots of great support online I’ve already managed to cut out the pieces I want but haven’t had time to decide on fabric and start sewing, yet. I’m really keen to get the trousers made……I love the style and think they’ll be perfect for me.

My very first time making trousers and Thea was such a brilliant pattern to follow. The zipper video was very helpful too. I made the size 4 , in a burgundy cotton twill, and they fit perfectly (I'm a size 12) I made the hems a little deeper so that the legs hang just where I want them. I'll definitely be making these again, in the cropped version next.

Now the fun starts

Currently tracing out the pattern before checking again my trouser block. The pattern instructions are as always easy to follow and there's plenty of additional help on the website to help resolve any fitting issues. I can't wait to make my toile.
