I bought these one to diversify my workout experience by incorporating the use of elastic bands. Although still getting the hang of it but it has been positive, somewhat challenging but very stimulating. If your home set up allows for this attachment give it a go, they fit a 25mm (1 inch) diameter hole and are robust to handle the load.
