Oral Swishing Oil - Oil Pulling Oil

i have found the oral swishing oil to be of benefit to my dental health it took a bit of getting used to but it’s a good remedy it’s got a pleasant after feel and a mild flavour i recommend for first time swishers! i use 3-4 times a week
