A Decent Nougat (Torrance) But I Have Had Better

The nougat had a good taste, but I have had better tasting nougat. I appreciate Pistachio nougat over Hazelnut, but Pinocchio’s Pantry only offers the one kind of nougat. It took longer to ship than I expected. I purchased two pieces, where one was loaded with Hazelnuts, but the other only had a handful of Hazelnuts. If each piece had an amount of Hazelnuts somewhere between the two widely differing amounts of nuts in each piece it would have been much better. Lastly this nougat was absolutely brick hard and just crumbled into such small minuscule pieces when try to cut or break that it made the nougat not worth the price.
