Double Chocolate Protein Pancake/Waffle Mix

These are my favourite pancakes and the reason i signed up for the subscription service. I had hoped they would be on there. They are so good with a drizzle of peanut butter fresh berries and banana slices.

From the moment I ripped open the bag, I knew this was going to be delicious and I was not disappointed. So yummy it felt wrong eating it for breakfast [but my blood sugar told a different story]. I am not usually one to buy mixes but Hello Amino is my exception.

My husband and I had these as pancakes for Valentine’s Day and they were absolutely delicious! Then I made them for my son who was recently diagnosed with celiac disease. He loved them and said they were so fluffy! So yummy and the bonus is that they have lots of protein!
