My item came damaged

My coffee table arrived damaged. I immediately called Bel Furniture and reported the issue. As requested, I submitted photos and the product barcode. I never received a call back. I followed up by email and phone and was told they had contacted the manufacturer and were waiting for a response. A week later, I emailed again asking for an update. I finally received a call, but was told the exact same thing — that they were still waiting on the manufacturer. After that, communication stopped completely. I gave Bel Furniture five business days to resolve my issue, but nothing was done. After three weeks of no action, I had to call my credit card company to dispute the transaction. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience, and I cannot recommend Bel Furniture based on how my issue was handled.
