Minou Slippers
I was disappointed in my order. Which was ordered as a gift. I was sent the wrong color. I ordered the Navy but was sent Black even though my order clearly stated “Navy”. When I called or emailed I was told I had to either pay for a new pair or until I showed I had returned the pair I had a new pair could not be sent. I was very busy, did not have time to go to the P.O. and getting sent a new pair by Christmas was going to be too late. Since it was clearly company error, I thought it was poor company service. It was too bad because I have previously owned these slippers and love them.
I would never order them again

Great! Just what I expected from Cobian!
I've wanted a pair of these for a long time, but I didn't realize that Cobian offered them. I buy Cobian Braided Bounce Flip Flops all the time. They are the most comfortable things ever! When I saw these, I was so excited, and I was NOT disappointed! They are incredibly soft and comfortable!!
