Shipping charge for Exchange
Overall experience was good however the order was for my grandson and I ordered his regular size but shoe was too small. I paid shipping (10.00) for original order then another 7.95 for the exchange. Many well known companies, i.e. Lola and the Boys, are not charging for exchanges. I probably will not buy from Cobian in the future due to the additional shipping charges for exchanges.
