Incredibly beautiful

Tiny beautiful stones, very well made. Took about a week to arrive. Apparently I do not understand piercings well enough though because I don't know how to put this on, and I guess I need a second piece so I'll be going to the tattoo place to figure it out. Theres only one piece and I thought there would be a backing and when I tried to figure out what else I need , it's not obvious on the site.
