Actually works well. Just as advertised.

That’s a no for me. The water pressure is only as good as the pressure at your home. The water felt strangely cold when it got to our bodies no matter how high we turned it up. It was so odd. Went back to the cheaper handheld which was much better. Wanted to love it so much. We just didn’t.

Relcived product possibly damaged however does not produce any pressure close to how advertised. Contacted support twice over the last week with no response. Quick shipping, cool looking design if worked.
