A sound watch with few shortcomings

I wanted an automatic watch that was an excellent timekeeper; my watch has gained 1 second in five days. I also wanted a watch that has a simple display with a date magnifier and this nicely meets my requirements. The night glow is very good. I have three niggles about the watch: 1) the band closure makes it hard to close with one hand without leaning the watch against something so I can manipulate the closure with my free hand. Many watches have bands with buttons to release and close more easily. 2) the crown is a bit small (6mm diameter and 3 mm wide) to get a solid grip to adjust the time or date. The ridges on the crown are too smooth to aid grip. 3) The 12 o'clock index has a different color than the other indices but the color distinction is subtle, so a more distinct color would help.
