Shipping took forever and when trying to contact the company, they do not address your concerns. When we finally received the sweatshirt, it was of poor quality and extremely thin not worth the $55 we paid for the pre-order. The other frustrating part is that people that were buying it online after the launch date we’re getting their product before the people who did pre-orders. This is very unprofessional and defeat, the purpose of pre-ordering I will never buy through distributor again.
