“Two Months of Waiting, Only to Receive the Same Flawed Item Back My Worst Shopping Experience Yet

I’ve purchased many pieces from this store, but this experience was extremely disappointing. One of my earrings discolored after less than one month of normal wear. I followed all care instructions, returned the items as requested, and waited almost two months while the store kept telling me they were “communicating with the brand.” After all the delays, they simply sent the same discolored earrings back to me and said their “quality assurance expert” didn’t see an issue — which completely ignores what actually happened during normal wear. I’ve always been a loyal customer, but this level of customer service, lack of transparency, and refusal to provide a reasonable solution is unacceptable. I won’t be purchasing from this store again unless they improve the way they handle quality concerns.
