Very sturdy. Once you get the bracelet correctly in the slots make sure rhe screws are tight. I put a drop of clear nailpolish on the back ofnthe screws to prevent them from getting loose. I would like to see the silver color come brushed as an option. I would also love if they came out with the thinner model. I never though these would so close ti the origional
