Great mouthpiece! The custom fit option is worth every penny. It fits like a glove, and I don't need to clench it to secure it. I love the design! Just be aware that if you want a mouthpiece for combat sports that involve strikes, you want to select the MMA, Kickboxing, etc. option. I ordered one for BJJ, and it was great because it was thinner and easier to breathe through, but I also do Muay Thai, so I ordered this mouthpiece with the MMA option to keep my teeth.
