Artwork great, materials poor

I was finally able to open the case for my new phone and while the artwork was magnificent, the tackiness of the paints used to print it and the general flimsiness of the plastic case itself was rather disappointing. I would be quite willing to pay a higher price for better quality materials and better durability. My previous case from a different manufacturer (Carved) lasted seven years with only slight wear and tear. I am rather skeptical that this case will last more than one with the artwork or the plastic intact.
