Unfortunately, the product doesn't match the description provided on your website. The quality is not what I expected based on the product images and details. the chain has changed color (faded) from its original look which make me feel very disappointed 

He was very happy with his Valentine gifts he loved the necklace and the engraved card

I loved the words on the card, it was very sentimental, he loved it too. Necklace is a nice weight and looks great on him!
