I have two straps from this company-I’m about to buy some more quality of leather, service choice- excellent ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ they say ‘ You get what you pay for’ well all I can add is - it’s worth every penny!

I’m really sad to write this since I really like the look of the band, but it arrived broken. One of the metal latches wouldn’t connect to the base of my watch. I reached out to the company. Spoke with Mark (several times) and was assured that a replacement part was coming. It has been several weeks and no part has arrived. I just stopped emailing and went with a different watch band. I really wanted to use the leather band, but not at the risk of my watch falling off. Had the company sent me a replacement piece or new band o would have been happy. I paid $88 dollars for a band that sits in my nightstand. I hope others have a better experience than me.
