Love my crossbody bag! I have 2 different colors. It’s comfortable to wear and easy to use. The strap stills well & easily adjusts. Also, It holds quite a bit & is great for traveling. Many people compliment the bag, too!

This was a Christmas gift. She loved it. However, she just told me that in May the zipper split and now can’t be zipped. That is only 6 months of use. Will you make this right somehow? I just ordered another bag for another daughter, gave it to her today. Certainly hoping it doesn’t end up with the the same issue. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
