Vanilla Casein Protein Powder

Yum!

This casein powder isn’t as good as their other protein powder. I bought it by accident and won’t buy again. It doesn’t mix well, even with a hand blender. I find it thick and chalky and hard to finish drinking.

I bought this because they were out of the vanilla whey, which I adore. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. I didn’t research casein enough, just knew it was slow release. The consistency makes it feel like you’re drinking glue, which I guess is just how casein is :( not really their fault, but I get why it was on the bday sale now
