Pants themself were nice. When we found their return policy was nonexistent we were upset but agreed to an exchange for another item when these didn’t work. Trouble was, when I went through their “exchange process” we found that didn’t work either. Miraculously, my order number couldn’t be found in their system. Seems they go to great lengths to avoid any customer service, returns or exchanges. Good product but do not buy it from them directly. Find a store that cares about their customers and buy them from there if you have to buy the brand at all.
