Easy to install/not sure about water hardness results

I installed the ICS-SP filter on my well water system. The install was very easy. Used Sharkbite fittings to make it easy. Only problem was trying to find 1x3/4 adapters to connect to the filter in the local home centre. However, still getting very high water hardness results a few weeks after the install. Have contacted Cascadian for advice.
