Excellent service

Convenient when buying lots of yarn and it was bundled nicely with the labels still tucked inside so you knew what was what. However it voids you being able to return anything if there is a problem because they considered the skein “opened” and not resealable now. Wish that was stated somewhere online. I never used a skein that was wound for me but when I received it the color didn’t come close to what was pictured online. I now have yarn that I don’t want.
