Grade B Vanilla Bean Cuts Bulk for Extract & Baking

A little crazy, a lot of great vanilla!

I risked the wrath of my husband and ordered 3 pounds of the grade B cuts. I’m very impressed and have many different types of vodka extracting for gifts. I generally have three or 4 gallons brewing at one time so it is quite an investment. I’ve always used the grade A but I find this is much more economical and so far is producing vastly superior vanilla. Well worth the risk and he’s over it now. I’m still reaping the rewards!

By far and away better than the competition

Let me start off by saying I purchased vanilla beans from several different companies over the holidays. So for the past couple of weeks the vanilla beans have been arriving. I thought all the beans would be similar in looks, length, and fragrance. I was so wrong. The beans from NY Vanilla wwere heads and shoulders better than any of the other 4 companies I purchased from. When I went back and looked at what I ordered from NY Vanilla it was supposed to have been Grd B shorts. What I got had to have been Grd A and they were not cut. The error wind up in my favor. I cut the beans up and slit them but that was before I knew I had ordered them that way but did not realize till I went back and checked. Long story short these beans from NY Vanilla were by far and away much better than and of the other companies Grd A beans. I am super happy with my purchase. From now on I will buy from NY Vanilla when I want Ugandan vanilla beans, they are just that good
