The BEST
I have been on the hunt to find a pigmented black eyeliner for my waterline and I think this is the best one!! The eyeliner is so pigmented and so easy to apply. I love the mechanical quality to the eyeliner so that I do not have to constantly sharpen any sort of pencil. And I love that I can go the whole day without the eyeliner falling!! PERFECT eyeliner for your waterline!!

doesn’t move a inch!
I received two colors of this eyeliner and I loved how tiny the eyeliner is! it makes it very easy to get precise. Also, once they are set, they do not move at all!!
