Customer service has been excellent helping me replace an older kit. If you have one that's been on your shelf for a while, make sure the lab address is up to date. I can't believe that my sample was flagged by the post office for not having the complete return mailing address on it: a label that was printed by the company itself. Now my sample is somewhere in limbo and i have paid for nothing. If there were a no star option that would be my choice.
