In general terms, I cannot describe my experience as a good one. The shipment took exactly 50 days. The drum arrived with one of the tongues slightly dented. I was told this was because it is a new drum and due to the pressure/stress of the material under those conditions. Apparently, it can be corrected by pushing the tongue outward. On the other hand, I had ordered a D Kurd scale, but I received a D Sabye scale instead. The backpack and other accessories were included, though: manual, mallets, stickers, and finger picks. Despite all this, I decided to keep the drum because, in terms of logistics and costs, going through a return and exchange process would be extremely difficult for me. I hope I can fix the dented tongue and move past this bitter experience quickly. I will say, however, that at least the drum I received has a beautiful sound, good sustain, and good tuning.
