Works on body odor the the scent is too strong
Ever since Speed Stick musk deodorant was discontinued around 2022 by Colgate-Palmolive, after I'd been using it and loving it for several decades, I've been looking for a replacement. Deodorants labeled "musk" are hard to find so I was delighted to come across this one and eager to give it a try. Its scent is pungent, not subtle like my old favorite. After applying it as I always have, with three broad swipes in each armpit, I had to wash the shirt I had put on immediately afterward and scrub my armpits to get the overpowering fragrance out. Then I tried just dabbing it once lightly under each arm, no swiping. That seems to be working acceptably. I'm impressed by the long duration of its effectiveness in preventing body odor but its scent still isn't as subtle or appealing as Speed Stick musk's was. I wish Dr. Squatch would make a "musk lite" deodorant that's just as effective against body odor but with a fragrance that's barely detectable by other people at an ordinary interpersonal distance and subtle enough that I don't smell it on myself while doing everyday activities.

The products are great! I'm not pleased that I was signed up for a subscription that I didn't want. Poor.move from a great company.

Quality Good, Scent is Strong
The product quality is good and the scent is nice but strong. If you like a good strong men's deodorant scent, this should be great for you. If you prefer a mild deodorant, choose a different option. Dr. Squatch has many good options to choose from.
