Beautiful rod with good balance. I am planning to throw large flies with lines that range from 600 to 700 graines. I plan to cast it with two hands which will Be easy on the arms and shoulder.

Amazing musky rod

I have the 11+wt Payload and it is outstanding for sinking line and big musky flies. I really put this rod through its paces last year and was super impressed with its line pick up, hookset power, and action. I currently own two of these because I can't imagine fishing any other rod for muskies! Even caught my PB fly musky last year on it (50x25).
