So I ordered the wrong size at first for my springer spaniel. When it arrived it was too big and the clip was broken. Rang up and they sent the next size done straight away with out question and didn’t need me to send back the other one. The smaller size was delivered in a couple of days and fits perfectly. Such good quality too. And great customer service

Our Jack Russel recently had cataract surgery and the vet advised not to use a collar and lead but a harness. Traditional harnesses slip round the dog but built in to a coat it stays firmly in place . Takes a knack to get it on but the underside protection really works well and getting it off is just a zip and he walks out.

Love the design and that it has a built in harness. Very lightweight material compared to some coats You need to go up 2 possibly 3 sizes tho Normally all the coats I get are 15” originally I got a 15” but way too small so returned and went 2 sizes up even that was very tight around the neck, An expensive mistake 😭
